Cold is looking like a contender if cold mastery works at full strength after sunder reduces them to 95 resist

Full gear nothing will beat lightning. Cold isn’t op or anything like that.

Fire will hit a lot harder than cold with full gear.

Fire and cold will complete ubers faster than lightning but that’s about it.
