hi folks do you know what the best lvl is to craft and gamble mana boots? i know the guide, it says lvl 88 at least but what is ideal?

for amus it is 93 at least and ideally 95, right ?!

amu +2 skill

mana boots + mana, +%... etc you know all this dont you?
