This guide is pretty good.

Only thing I would reiterate (and I believe this is covered in the guide) is if you don't use a 2/10fcr ammu, maras is quite good and will increase your bo by +2. Then you would need 1x fcr ring to hit 125fcr.

Also, if you don't care about mf, waterwalks are the perfect hdin boots. Dex, life, increased max fire res (good to have stacked fire res against Infector).

Not sure reapers is needed on hdin. He claims 20% increased clear speed. I would just use Insight on merc so that mana potting is not a thing.

They nerfed Holy bolt in the recent patches, so now it can help in some areas. Or 1pt Smite to deal with these stubborn magic immunes.
