You are looking for at least 150frw on jav side. If you can get more then it's even better.
Fhr- some people don't care, other will tell you to stack 20 or 32 bp.
Always 7fpa.
You can try with Faith Shadow/Diamond + rare Tiara 2/30frw/30ias/ed/adds + opened belt slot (dungo/tgod/razor/stat).
When you get these you can start working on gear swap for specific matchups, f.e. 160/60/100 armor, vamp gaze, swordback, 90-single res tiaras, erep javs, gores, tri-res, hl, hotspurs etc. You will figure out what you need if you get experience.
