I'm using an up'd ribcracker on my fury druid...seems lots of people recommend putting a shael rune into it...I, instead put on a 40ed/15ias. I'm asking if the speed is the same as a shael would give (5 fpa).
The calc site says so but I wanna be sure.

Since 2.4, wolf druids can now use ias on all of their gear fyi.

ok so is this good: 40/15'd (65 ias) ribracker (perfect up'd so the damage is very nice btw) and highlords, no ias gloves, belt, etc becuase i like being a decent char isntead of that "gm" crap :P

Death is best pvm dps. Champ axe or silver edge (with wolf prebuff) hits good bps

You do get ias from other gear now but it only helps to reach next bp for that specific weapons wsm and ias. Look at the fury wolf guide for gm melee they did an incredible job explaining it
