Test the damage and ar with the fort and enigma see which benefits u more

Yeah fort seems to be the best one here, unless you plan on teleporting. Youll take a huge hit in dps tho

Fortitude or enigma. Depends on your play style and build.

A pvp charger is a glasscannon so you should go with a Fortitude made in a Archon Plate.
