If I were to dial wield phase blades, how much ias would be required to hit the ias bp on both sides?

so use grief(any ias roll) on a pb and you will always hit max frames per second

now if you move over to zerks you will need a min of 34 ias to hit 6 frames with ww

I think gried phase blades auto hit it

I use cbs on my barb tho for the damage, range, and looks. Had to roll 35 ias/380+ griefs to get to the 75 ias needed for cbs which was annoying but im so bored of crystal swords

So basicly any grief pb will reach it...
But u can get slowed and it changes stright away... So ideally one should remember the factors of:
Decreap, chill, holy freeze for pvm factors. Others as well if pvp, but since ur using pb's i assume u pvn.

Chilled is ofc fixed with either cham or raven, however those others happen more than most people think in pvm.

you need 39 ias to get max ww speed with a cb grief alone.
