Hey all,

I'm looking to respec my level 93 gold find barb into a PvM barb to do Chaos and possibly Baal. I just want to mf places that I can also get decent xp from. (if you have advice on a better method, let me know) I'm looking at guides and they seem a little outdated with the buffs to Barbs. Budget is not a concern. What do you suggest and why?

Play olot and kill alot of high exp mobs

zerk and seal pop chaos exclusively or go ww if you wanna do both

zerk barbs are good for 96+ leveling
can kill diablo and nihlathak easily and then leech baal

Meh, Not looking to buy a crazy barb, just need to level it so I can duel with it. I have most of the stuff for a zerk barb. Just need to get a grief. Also, fg comes and goes, easy to get.

spec into a zerker.

go to river then pop seals and kill Diablo then come back to baal

Its faster but requires work otherwise be a bo bot and sit there with ondals

grief has low damage btw
for fast single target killing, eth 2 hand death does way more damage, which is what i used in the video

I currently have a griefz on my main hand and a Runemaster in my off hand with 5 ists in it. I have 700 mf and I just run pindle>Eldritch>Sharptooth>Thresh Socket>Chaos Seal Pop. I've done like 50 runs so far and I'm happy with the results. Better than my Hdin tbh. (At least results wise) Sometimes I get good mob spawns in chaos where I can let the minions walk into me and the merc and clear a section of chaos and hork it. Got a bar full of xp lvl 93. The idea was to mf while also leveling at an okay rate.

Also... Death can shatter bodies sometimes, right? (No hork makes me sad)

not sure if it shatters bodies

it has 25% Chance To Cast Level 18 Glacial Spike On Attack so maybe that would do it but death doesnt have cold dmg

yea for your purpose i would say grief is better
grief is good for hunting boss packs on p1 so you can have some mf in your offhand
the problem is one hand grief is slow at killing diablo in a p8 baal run
so you will miss all the waves by the time diablo/nihlathak are dead

so for leveling at 96+ in p8 games you will need to go max damage instead of mf

Yeah, the glacial spike. My heart shatters when I see a unique boss shatter. I believe it is also a 100% to shatter because it freezes targets? So, 25% of the time you can't hork. Feels sad.

If I'm making the push from 97-99. I'm just sitting in a game with ondals. I don't care if it takes longer. I can watch a show while I sit there. Not trying to try hard level to save time. (I know it's a considerable amount of time, but I'm good)

Yeah, I only p1 mf. I'm just trying to slowly put duelers together. I usually just play while I am watching a show or movie.
