assuming mainhand gt/rt, you need 42 ias while using fade, not counting any from your offhand claw

if your mainhand isnt gt/rt, sell it and get one that is

Ah okay so 42 ias in the main hand is enough.
and the by-hand may not matter which attributes right?
because i have seen many with 15 ias still in helmet inside because of that.

IAS from other gear counts, like ias jewel in helm or highlord. Just not from your offhand claw.

Ideally you will get all you need from your main hand though, otherwise you can't cham your Griff or you won't hit 102 fcr
