Basically it's regular telebowa but you have to move 38 hard points from p&m to jav skills.
Mat bow is better than Diamond/Shadows because allows you to gear 2zon tiara. Good to have in stash 2jav/20ias/kb gloves and few skillers. If you don't need dr then spirit>rest.
Trangs could be an option but you will lose kb and few zon/jav points so they are just close. I tried also 20/-20 monarch but if people overstack psn res then spirit gives you more.
