Here’s my take on the matter, this is my mostly for PvP build I’m cobbling together. Perfectly ideal, probably not:
- Kiras: 15ias/res or Ed (need the res, CNBF, and Fhr doesn’t hurt other gear can still get you to 75,000 plague)
- Maras
- Titans
- Bramble
- Stormshield: ias/res (gets you to 11 frame lightning bolts as another alt finisher, doesn’t require attack rating, also get jab to decent frames)
- Trang gloves
- SoJ x2 (can also freely swap for sorb as needed)
- Arachs (can also freely swap for sorb as needed)
- Frw/res boots or gores (mainly for the open wounds)
- Matriarchal Bow CTA (for buff and swap guided arrows) Kira’s jewel gets guided/multi to 9FPA
9x jav Gcs
10x max/ar/xx scs or res/xx scs depending on needs
Merc: A5 dual wield
2x Plague (trying to proc lower res as often as possible)
Arreats - Cham’ed
Fortitude
The goal is to be fairly tanky with max block, decent dodges, decent DR and max res while the poison works it’s magic and guided/multi harass opponents at a distance.
If I had the funds to buy the ideal hat, I’d use a +2 zon/30frw/2os/stats/stats/res hat socketed with ias/res and a rare 40 cold or lit res jewel.
