I'm trying to calculate how much I slow an opponent with cold effect.

I want to primarily know how much a monster is slowed when I have it chilled.

I'm stacking cold dmg with impale + arachnid 10%.

Trying to see if I can hit de seis once with impale before jabbing and the 60% + 10% and cold is enough to halt him from casting decrypt

I know cold only effects movement speed and IAS not cast rate.
But it helps him still get a stuck in motion etc and yeah I want to know how much cold dmg slows thanks!

My guess is 50%? Or 33% of total IAS/frw

Anyone have some info? Amazon basin and maxroll I couldn't find any articles that provided info on this

Some monsters resist it.

Overall you can stack slow effects from different sources. Cold, +HF (not same as cold), decrep and items with slow monster (or CG -same slow effect) all stack,

Does de seis resist it? He's cold immune but with a freeze Merc.
