How much IAS for max trap laying speed w/ HotO?

Or what level would my BoS need to be assuming I have no added IAS on gear?

Need lv 16+ lv BoS if no added Ias on gear

with 1x 15ias jew, need lv 7+ BoS but usually give os slot for Shael or Cham without using raven or rare jew if using raven.

with 20ias from gloves, need lv 4+ Bos

Without BoS, you need 90ias to max laying trap speed with flail Hoto (not being slowed by arach), so just forget it and use BoS.
