I got confused about the ias calculator

I play a Paladin main Skill Zealot

Main Weapon Botd Ba with Merc Faith

So i got Botd Ba with 60 ias
and Merc Faith with lvl 13 Fana aura

First Question does the +1 skills from my merc equip upgrades the aura?

And next Question is. with the Ias Calculator it says i need 68 ias to hit the 5.2 attacks per second, last breakpoint

Does the 68 Ias means, 60 From Weapon and 8 from the rest equip. Or does Ias from Weapons do not adds to the needed ias?

It does not matter where ur ias comes from. Wepon, belt, helm, shield, ammu, gloves etc. So 60 + 8 is fine.
Lvl 13 fana will stay at lvl 13 nomather what other gear merc has.

If enemy slow you via gear/decreap/holy freeze/clay golem/impale etc u will need way more.
