pump alot ot of str to reach 156 for wearing monarch or go for coh armor and change mara with 20 fcr amulet. Dmg will be lower but a little more vita + some dr%

Cheapest version would be 3cold/20fcr/2soc helm and 3/10 blank ammu.
Which indeed spit out more dmg, but you loose a whole lot of mana compared to the rare version.

WIth d2r current fhr functions es blizz has become stronger than ever.
