Yes

For pvm you either go 65fcr or 102fcr.
Both are easily achieved with common gear regardless of you go claw/claw or hoto+spirit.

If you go hoto+spirit (go for 102fcr) you will use burst of speed, making you not need any IAS gear generally speaking.

If you go claw / claw (either 65 or 102. I generally go 65 with claw claw in pvm) you will be using fade. And you need to be using a greater talon over your gloves with a total of 42ias from gear and on claw ias (not +ias from your offhand claw) to reach max trap ias speed.

Meh. I prefer it in pvm so it’s easier to squeeze in more damage and not need a 40ias main hand. But I’m not worried about MFing. I’m worried about more dmaagw so that I can clear through chaos seal popping quicker in P8 games while people are clearing baal waves.

For p1 where you are aiming for magic finding as opposed to XP, 102 is probably technically better with 2x claws.

And dual gts, main one with 50ias (this can be very expensive/hard to get)
