I have some simple questions. Maybe someone would be kind to answer:
1. What’s the mlvl of Berserkers (champions)? Some sources say it’s area level +2, others +3.
2. If monster must be mlvl>=TC level, what about first monsters we encounter in the game? I assume that Blood Moor Fallen is mlvl1 - it should not have access to TC3. But it has as far as understand. Does it mean that he can drop all items from TC3? Means even those with qlvl3? So it would mean that ilvl can be lower than qlvl.

My understanding of treasure class system is that yes, every single monster in the game has it's own TC which is a list of items it can drop.
