Explain me, please, one thing:
Small charm has qlvl of 28 - why I can find them from the beginning of the game?
Should be dropped by monsters of mlvl 28 or higher.
It seems that I don’t understand how it works.
Is it related to the facet that there are special TC classes for jewelry?
If so, why there are 3 of them? (A-C)?

The drop system in d2 has always been a mystery.

There is

1) Monster level
2) Item level
3) Quality level
4) Magic level
5) Treasure class
6) Character level
7) Area level

The correlation between all these has always been a mystery to me and nobody has ever managed to give a clear and easy to understand answer.
