So for an mf blizz sorc what skills should I add to first? I know what skills to add to but which ones have priority? Also should I add a skill point to static field?

One point frozen armor, cold mastery, static, teleport, warmth.

Max blizz and synergies.

Rest of the points can go into whatever (can do ES and put extra points into telekinesis for some protection).

If I use an insight on a merc do I still add 1 skill point to warmth?
