I have heard from some that there is a reason that every other armortype then SA on a merc is not as good as before the eth bug but I cant find the explanation anymore. Not on jsp and not on the rest of the Internet, maybe someone can link a topic or just write down the explanation plz?

There was a thread about the SA and why its better then every other armor. Before d2r you had a way bigger benefit, now without the ebug its not that big and want the explanation I once read.
