The gear hasn’t changed from legacy.

The amount of skills into bone spirit that is GM is now 16 or 17 hard points. Can’t remember off the top of my head

why cant you spec more?

Because bone spear / spirit was already powerful.

Blizzard buffed it’s damage.

GM rules had to undo the buff to keep level(ish) playing field
