is 99 fcr worth it for mfing?
finishing this ladder off on java, should i stick with current set up or invest in fcr / mf?

Only if you want to level faster and try get to lvl99 so you can tele to Baal in chaos games and try clear it before they get to diablo if not 70fcr is fine easy to reach with griff, spirit and 1 fcr ring

You could also try to tele on switch with wizspike after you cast bo
