I am playing bvc and want to know what ias I need for max zerk/ww frame when dueling necros.

currently have 39ias grief with highlords and beast

how about the WW? and thank you for the information, what FPA do I hit w 75 ias zerk? Also, what happens if I get golem slowed? Would it then be the same w 75 ias as with my current setup?
