Looking for some advice for my new elemental druid. He will be playing mostly public games and a few 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 here and there.

163/99 or 99/99?
Max Block?

If 99/99, is COA better than FCR Circlet (1os) builds?

If anyone would like to share their builds it would be greatly appreciated.

I get the sentiment but half this site consists of social outcasts, basement dwellers and frustrated incels. no choice but to get used to the confederate flags and the anti-vaxers
