If you were to pick absolutely any items to start off with in the game, which items are you choosing from 1-10 , 10-20, and finally 20-30? I’m looking to self rush my characters for the sole purpose of getting the socket quest and resetting.
PALADIN
I started my paladin off with a unique sword Rixot’s Keen which has +100% Enhanced Damage
+5 To Minimum Damage
25% Chance of Crushing Blow
20% Bonus to Attack Rating
+25 Defense
+2 To Light Radius
And only a level 2 requirement!
I then level my character until I get the full sigon set on my character
While doing this I also place 1 stat into might and dump the rest into resist fire, once my character has then gotten past 9 I switch the weapon to Civerb’s Cudgel which adds 19 to max damage with a bonus of 1 max per level which is very helpful throughout act 2-3.
I’m now purely dumping all my skills into holy fire as it greatly adds to fire damage per hit and now a damage per second with full screen distance.
Once I have gotten to level 23 I’ve dumped the rest of my points into holy fire I then switch to the unique weapon Kinemil’s Awl
+80-100% Enhanced Damage
+100-150+100-150 To Attack Rating
Adds 6-(20-40) Fire Damage
+20 To Mana
+6 To Holy Fire (Paladin Only)
it’s now killing off monsters from act 3-4 between 2-4 aura attacks but you’re swing damage is slowing down, the next two levels will be sacrifice and zeal. After that max out holy fire and begin to add resist fire, once you’re closer to level 26-28 you should be able to kill all frigid highlands monsters with 1-2 holy fire attacks and your weapon will now have over 1k zeal and you finish the socket quest in seconds. Adding a spirit shield should get you closer to 1.2k zeal
Overall with a self rush I’d say I can get to a1 to a5 in about 2 1/2 hours but I’d like to get more ideas of builds and absolute best starter items. Share your thoughts
