looking to make a bvc what sort of fcr amulet is required whats the lowest fcr that will work

But if you really want 63 FCR setup on bvc while using a FCR amulet, you need a FCR amulet with 13+ FCR on it.

Meh not really. But yes can be done.

As my edit above says, your amulet needs at least 13 FCR on it to reach the 63 FCR bp
