Just curious everyone’s take.. maybe some new builds I am overlooking. I do Fohdin now. Not huge fan of hammer. Would like a wind Druid but they don’t do a ton of dmg.. idk just curious what everyone is playing.

What are key items you need for it to be good?

That’s the good thing about Summon Necro’s, unlike other builds they’re not gear dependent. Your Summons + merc will kill things, then you use corpse explosion on the dead body, killing everything else. You’ll be surprised how quickly you clear huge rooms of monsters with a few clicks on corpse explosion.

Max raise skeleton, skeleton mastery, corpse explosion, then the rest is personal preference. Some max bone armor, some max clay golem, some max mages.

just know that corpse explode damage doesnt scale with /players >1 so on players 8, a monster thats corpse exploded only takes its players 1hp into the damage calculation

so tldr be prepared to spam corpse explode not just 1 or 2 if in groups

not a big deal, just some tidbit of info

necro with corpse explosion is busted for HC
make sure to grab bone prison and dim vision. bone prison protects you from melee attacks and costs only 1 mana at high levels, dim vision disables ranged attacks and spells on monsters so souls and archers and all that scary crap will stand there doing nothing
