if I equip mage fist with +1 to fire skills does that mean the level 14 hydras will be level 15?

If i had items that add to fire damage does that add to the fire damage of the hydras or no?

ctc skills and auras granted by items are never boosted by + X to the skill, but they profit from skill synergies.

hydras profit from % fire skill dmg and - % enemy fire res (like for example from rbfs), but not from flat fire dmg (like + 5-12 fire dmg from a charm or similar)
