is telebowa now the new meta? and if yes, why? i think the fcr for amas are still slow / bad compared to all other classes

they removed dsync so you are easy to hit now, amazon is very weak in 1v1 compared to where it was

but strafe does a lot more damage

strafe is amazing now but I have only tried it in PVM

Tele bowa is a top end build now due to how fhr functions and dodge/avoid/evade new functionality as well.
