What is the max + skills u can get on magic orbs and wands? im going to write it down so i dont forget. Also i heard u cant get lvl 1 skills like skeleton mastery or raise skeleton. is that true?
What is the best magic chant orb or golem prebuff wand? Is it +3 skill tree and 4 + specific skills?

You cannot get skeleton mastery or raise skeleton on a wand with an item level greater than 24.
You can however get a rare item with a high quality level (such as unearthed wand) and imbue it or use cube recipes to make it item level 1-12 and can roll with 2 to necro skills and get raise skeleton/skeleton mastery.

From a magic perspective? you won't be finding those skills with those mods
From a rare perspective? its possible but an absolute pain in the ass and a lot of rerolling.

best chant orb is a 3fire skill/3fire mastery/3chant/20s orb which are rare but can be found. Golem prebuff wands are not needed since they do stop scaling pretty quick and their hp/etc is mainly based on the difficulty you are playing on.
