2/20 adds gloves

fcr ring + raven
highlords/cats

reaches 52 ias and 68 fcr bps

haven't tried uber, i guess switching to a bunch of cb and lifetap is all you need.

Can i ask u the "skills distribuition"?
I've seen many guides but i don't understand which is better about skills and points distribuition.

can only speak for classic cs/fury. max those + synergies, 1 point into dodge/avoid/evade, 1 point into crit/penetrate/pierce

i suppose you only need 1 point into impale for ubers since most of your dmg will come from cb
