didn't they usually allow frenzy as a +1, or am i mistaken? i checked arreat summit and it definitely says barbs only, but i don't recall it that way. can anyone confirm?

fury gives +5 to frenzy, but only class-specific (barb only), no oskill

has been like this for a least the current patch of D2L and i have not seen patch notes for D2R which said otherwise

Fury runeword is an original runeword from before oskills existed.

so it will still give frenzy as a skill to sins like chaos gives ww?

no. chaos gives +1 WW to all classes (oskill), fury gives +5 frenzy only to the barbarian class (no oskill)
