Hello all, i have question about ias on java,

i follow this table

Charged Strike ias breakpoints (Ceremonial/Matriarcal Javelins)
Code
IAS --- FPA --- Attacks/sec.

50 --- 8 --- 3.12
95 --- 7 --- 3.57

Lightning Fury ias breakpoints (Ceremonial/Matriarcal Javelins)
Code
IAS --- FPA --- Attacks/sec.

52 --- 10 --- 2.5
89 --- 9 --- 2.77


And today some dude in pvp told me that next breakpoint is 110? Any1 know is this true or false?

Probably accounting for slow from arach
