https://youtu.be/uueSxqB7Uc4Although this video is 4 months old, dbrunski does an excellent job in explaining/summarizing the IAS change (beginning of video til 1min30sec in).
Long story short, with the IAS change, Fury Druids can wear Eth Reaper’s roll (which frees up merc weapon slot), which is killer for decrep procs (to fight physical immunes). I believe many sources point, now, to Eth Reaper for Fury as “best-in-slot.”
Edit: I imagine for pvp, however, you’d go with Grief PB and Stormshield.
Yea its quite an improvement for werewolves.
Yea grief/ss is standard for pvp in situations where you need block, but vs casters that two hand damage bite your face off while slashing your throat damage is supreme, and it was only really achievable with Etomb. And there’s nothing quite like the feeling of dueling a caster (especially a hdin) that doesn’t take you seriously, telestomps you, and gets insta killed.
Pvm wise wolves aren’t limited to ribcracker and etomb anymore. Reapers (as demonstrated by your post) may be BIS, but now more budget items like an eth obedience become extremely viable.
It’s nice for a struggling build like the werewolf to have more viable weapon choices now.
