Why would you use a much worse version of Lower Res while also spending a Cham Rune? Also, if you're not a Paladin or Sorc, Dream and Hoj sucks.
Act 2 Merc with Fort Andy's Insight, spend your skillpoints on Lower Res and Curse Tree, use your skillpoints to do the rest.
