Just looking for I put better Javs out of these two for a Javazon.

Thunderstroke should be better with +4 java skills.

also upping eth titans does very little for your dmg since most of it will be lightning.

Depends on a bunch of factors - hardly anything is ever strictly "better".

Eth up'd titan's -> BiS in PvP
Thunderstroke -> BiS in terms of raw damage output with LF (e.g. farming cows)
noneth titan's -> my personal preference since they improve QoL a lot - a bit of FRW as well as replenishing quantity. I personally like running 2* titan's, that way I never run out of javelins
