What are the best spots to farm with nova/ES sorceress?
I would think chaos, WSK, pits and most other lvl 85 areas, cows, keys.

Assuming fully geared nova sorceress.

best spot will always be chaos sanctuary.

Cows are also tons of fun with high mob density. but of course lower amount of boss/champion packs than chaos

diablo + 3 unique packs + 6-7 packs. and yes, I think the density is also nice.

I would highly recommend the cow level for density and that you can clear it super fast (even with leg), but I don't like the level area. 81 is a bit low. it's not the worst either though.

nova sorcs typically have kinda low mf, so cow is a good place to run if you're bored of just doing cs.

pits are quick as hell too. wsk can be rough due to souls draining mana

btw, river of flame is also lvl 85. so it's worth it to kill at least any packs you might find.
