What breakpoints do i need for a smiter using fleshripper?

my fan is maxed but only lvl 25 as i dont have much + skills. Shold i shael my fleshripper or put a 15% ias jewel in my guillaumes? currently have 0 ias on any of my gear

oh yeah i just checked it before and after adding a shael. It does reach the fastes bp with the shael. I think u only need 10 ias to get there. I might add a 40% ed jewel i found to my helm

what weapon would be better besides grief or LW? kingslayer or one of those rws?

Stormlash is good as well
