As i cannot afford a 120/45 Circlet for my Bowa i guess if Andis Face or Gulli is the better Choice for my Helmet

The Rest is staandard Bowa gear:

- Loh
- Atmas Amu
- Forti
- Razor
- Wt Boots
- Raven 20
- Dual Leech Ring
- Wf with Shael

I mean i could use Gulli with 15 Ias Jewel for Example or Andis Face but im not sure which is better.

You don't have to use 120/45, you can use lower ed% on the jewels.

Probably Andy's. You need to check ias table. Assuming Andy's gets you to next ias bp, it will be better than guilli. CB is nerfed and you should get deadly strike from bowa critical strike

Edit: can use delirium for crowd control of no more ias needed

if your merc is using faith with lvl 12-13 fana you need 99ias and you curently have 60ias so you need 120-45ias helm

if your merc is using faith with lvl 14-15 fana you need 92ias so andy with 15ias jewel will give you 95ias

Could also trade atmas for highlord and cats eyefor the time being for extra ias
