I have a assa phoenix + kicker, with double claw, it is very funny, but I have several doubts regarding the second claw, I am using "plague" in the primary one and in the second one a perfect jade for the allres, the problem that I detected , is that if I use the second "plague" it does not apply lowerres, and if I use the second jade, I do not steal mana...( its because phoenix and dragon talon its only hits whit the first weapon stats? Whit dragon claw worth both?) , I put a shael on the jade, and I think this is useless how second weapon, if I put a rune on it um, or ber, wouldn't that be useful either? ... which modes are applied with the second weapon and which are not? Obviously the skills, all res, strg, dex bonus etc are useful both in primary and secondary, which ones are not? What about the damage of each? Is better a ethereal jade on second hand?

the same applies to the barbarian I suppose

Lol , but can you explain me , whats stats works in the second hand plz? Like cb , ias, ll, lm , dmg weapon , bleed … depends if im using dragon claws ( or frenzy on.barb) ? Or either apply?

It depends on whAt you are using.

For example with kick:
Your offhand (weapon over boots) has no bearing to kicks performance. So mods such as IAS, CB, leach are not applied to your kick. The only mods from your offhand weapon that will be applied to your character when using kick, are character bonus stats. Such as + resistance , + skills, + life, etc.


With Phoenix strike:
Each stats on each weapon only work on that weapon.

Let’s assume you have 20% CB on both weapons. This means you have 20% CB on one weapon and 20% CB on the other weapon. You don’t have 40% CB on one or both weapons.

I'm clear about the dragon tail, but using phoenix whit 2 claws , about the cb, ok it doesn't add up whit 2 weapons, you say each one have 20%cb for example, but my question is if, having the weapon with 20cb or life leech, ias does in the second weapon work? I recently saw a video, where a guy uses a death colossus sword in the first hand and a phaseblade in the second, he hits slow, then he takes out the death, puts it back in the first and gets the speed of the pb., he hits fast ..is it a game bug? should I steal mana from jade, having it in the second hand? Thanks again ..

The game bug you are referring to only works in legacy. Not d2r.

Stats on weapon only affect that particular weapon, unless they are chayavhwr buffs, such as life, resistance or skills.
