well ias helps with hitting the opponent fast and fools helps with hitting the opponent reliably (if not hitting at all), but i dont know why there are ias/ed gems wasted in there. sure, dmg always helps, but for a PB base...?

I use these on bear sorcs. I used to collect blue items like these. Just put shaels in it

Yes, bearsorc is ruined. But it can be used on melee sorc all the same, but ideally one would like to have zeal charges on it.
