if I gear my javazon with 20ias highlords and 20ias gloves where do I get the other 15 ias needed for the BP if I'm using griffons with facet

You don't, that's why good javs put a 15/15 in griff

Depending on your shield you can put an ias jool in storm if you're using that

running spirit... saw some build with only 40ias, dont know if its optimal

Personally I'm not that concerned about ias. Currently I only have 30ias from gloves and belt. Pure pvm with faceted griffon and Phoenix
