Is there a Windy build that can clear P8 Chaos?, need to level from 98 to 99 and was wondering, have never really played Elemental Druid before. Any good PvM Guides out there?

Just a basic caster set up with charms. Windy druids don't have variations on builds other than 2 20 helms or 5 nado pelts

I know skill allocation (I think)
but item wise not too sure maybe something simple like:
7 x ele 30 lifers
8 x 5 res (maybe with some life)
anni torch
enigma
arach
1 x 10 fcr ring
trangs glove
30 maras
Shako
CTa switch
Hoto and Spirit or should it be stormshield?
to reach that 99 bp at least?

Not dieing is high priority of course

Pvp and pvm windy are the exact same, except one has a merc

Thanks, I think I will just use the PvP guide as baseline and adjust for pvm survability a bit
