what is ias needed from gear for a Mat bow faith with 15 fanta to reach max ias bp?

Look up ias calc in google

Some funny stuff was done to assassin dual claws and transformed druid ias, but everything else is the same.

Its actually 42. But there is no way of getting 42 and not have 45 ^^
