I am lvl 88 so far with my build. What is the best 1H weapon to use for Pvp?

I have a grief Phase blade, a Doom zerker, and a rare club with +2 skill that gives a bunch of AR. Do I go for speed here or damage? Now with the Grief I am at 63k. The club is at 72k, the plague bearer is at 82k, and the doom is at 70k. I think the fastest is the phase blade(-30)? Then the club at (-10), then the zerker. Any suggestions would be great.

Also, I am looking for wands and weapons for my switch. I am thinking something that has amp damage charges or lower resist charges? Would these help with rabies damage? Is rabies considered magical or physical damage or neither?
