They kinda suck but I’ve used one on a bvc with bezerk before.

You can almost match the ar of a fools with a cruels by swapping gear but a foolz or rune word seem to work best.

Smiters used to use a 2 skill 40 ias 2os zerker back in the day but I think grief was better.
