This is pretty much the best build. In order for the circlet to be better than Shako it must be 2 os with high stats.

Nn 2os to beat shako. Shako is budget Version. A 1k random 1os circ beats shako.

I don't agree unless you feel like you need frw. Shako's life and mana adds outpace most circlet builds.

Life mana from shako dont get bo'ed. So a decent circ with like 2/20/40life/60mana beats shako.

You're right but 2 skills will add an additional 6% life/mana as well beating out 40life/60mana even before you factor in the other life from Shako. Plus who doesn't like stomping people while wearing a Shako?

I have 20bo without shako. Shako is just bad
