How much ias do i need on my gear with a lvl15fana faith to reach 7fpa?

Counting the 33ias from fana i have 98

You need 95ias separate from fana

Wanted to use atma’s scarab as amulet and razortail as belt.
Guess ill have to use highlords and nosferatu.
Is there a huge difference between 7 & 8?
