I know what he needs:
Either ctc amp wep or high elemental dmg wep in a fast base.
There are some decent unicue as well such as rixxot's teeth and the gnasher. There are a mace as well i believe. Those gives ow and cb.
Other than that focus on stats and elemental dmg, and ofc enough res.
Death set is good choice as well, 2 or 3 parts.
