I want to have a Grief on switch for killing bosses faster with my FoH Pala

so the Idea was

Mainhand: FoH CTA with 35fcr Spirit (to hit the 75fcrBP)
Switch: Grief + Shield

now my question, which shield is better for pvm?

Exile or HoZ?

Got an eth Vortex 39@ shield which I could use as Exile Base and also got an 200ed HoZ
if HoZ > Upped or non-upped?

Zakarum upped has 46 smite damage. No upped 20 to 28.

hoz or spirit. exile provides nothing but lifetap, which I assume you don't need to stay alive vs diablo
